[Post Processing] Black artifacts appear when using Screen Space Reflections
Reproduction steps:
1. Open users attached project and Scenes/SampleScene scene
2. Observe the Game view
Expected result: The game view is rendered properly
Actual result: Black artifacts appear in the Game view
Reproducible with: 2.2.2 - 3.0.2(2018.4.29f1, 2019.4.17f1, 2020.1.17f1, 2020.2.1f1, 2021.1.0a10)
