Post Process Layer modifies the Viewport Rect of the Camera
To reproduce:
1. Open the attached project (Bug Project.zip)
2. Open the Bugged Scene
3. Select Main Camera
4. Toggle Post Process Layer component on and off
5. Observe the game view
Expected: the Viewport Rect should not be modified
Reproduced in 2018.2.8f1, 2018.2.10f1, 2018.3.0b3, 2019.1.0a2
Could not test in earlier versions due to many packages errors
Verified the fix with the 2.1.0 version of the Post Processing package
