Possible to interact with hidden elements in Timeline window when there are no tracks in the timeline
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new object with Playable Director
2. Assign timeline which has no tracks to the Playable Director component
3. Open Timeline window
4. Try making a select box on the right side of a Timeline window, or dragging the divider which should be between tracks and between timeline
Expected result: can't interact with hidden elements
Actual result: still possible to interact with hidden elements
