Position Gizmo on the Reflection probe moves differently from the Probe itself when using HDRP Package
How to reproduce:
1. Open the "Reflection Probes 01*" Scene in the attached "Bugs.zip" Project
2. Click on the "Reflection Probe <---" GameObject
3. Click "Change Capture Position" on the Reflection Probe Component
4. Drag the Position on the X axis
Expected Behavior: The Probe and the Position Gizmo are moving as a one object
Actual Behavior: The Probe is moving separately from the Position Gizmo
Reproducible with(Unity Versions): 2018.3.12f1, 2019.1.0b10, 2019.2.0a10
Reproducible with(Package Versions): 4.10.0, 5.10.0
