Port count never stops increasing in Standalone build on Mac Standalone
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Click on File -> Build & Run
3. When the standalone application is built, open the Activity Monitor
4. In the top right of the Activity Monitor select "Memory"
5. Observe the Port count of the standalone application
Expected result: The Port count is stable
Actual result: The Port count is constantly increasing
Reproducible with: 2020.3.19f1, 2021.1.22f1, 2021.2.0b13, 2022.1.0a7, 2022.1.0a10
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.30f1, 2020.3.18f1, 2021.1.21f1, 2021.2.0b12, 2022.1.0a6
