Slider of Outer radius disappears when Brush Radius Min value is set to more than 100000
Steps to Repro:
1. Create a new project
2. Install Window > Package Manager > PolyBrush
3. Create Hierarchy > right-click > Plane
4. Menu bar > Tools > PolyBrush > Poly Brush Window
5. Select Sculpt of Meshes
6. Expand "Brush Radius Min / Max" rollout
7. Set Brush Radius Min value to 100000
Expected Result: Min and Max values of Brush Radius are set
Actual Result: Slider of Outer radius disappears
Reproducible on: 2020.1.0a2, 2019.3.0b1, 2019.2.0f2, 2019.1.10f1, 2018.30f2
Environment: Mac 10.14 and Windows 10
