[Polybrush] Normals are not updated when modifying a mesh
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user attached project
2. Click Tools -> Polybrush -> Polybrush Window
3. Paint on the selected mesh
4. Observe that the normals are not updated
Expected result: normals should be updated when mesh is modified
Reproduced in: 2018.2.0a6, 2018.1.0b12, 2017.3.1p4, 2017.2.2p1, 2017.1.3p2
