Pointer delta is lost when input merging occurs on the release frame
How to reproduce:
1. Open the project “IN-113318_InputSystem”
2. Open the scene “Trumpet”
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Click and fling the mouse, letting go at the last second
5. Observe the circle asset
Expected result: The circle is flung in the direction the mouse was going
Actual result: Most of the time the circle does not continue in the same trajectory
Reproducible with: 1.1.0-pre.5 (2022.1.0a1), 1.14.2 (6000.0.60f1), 1.15.0 (6000.0.60f1, 6000.2.8f1, 6000.3.0b7, 6000.4.0a3)
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
Note: The expected result happens roughly 1 in 10 times, making a curve with the mouse helps reproduce the expected result
