[Shaders] Not possible to interpolate four per pixel punctual lights in one draw call
How to reproduce:
1. Download attached project "4PointsLightTesting" and load scene "SampleScene"
2. Move green Point Light to the left
Expected result: Green and blue Point Lights are visible on the model
Actual result: Only green Point Light is visible on the model
Reproduces with: 2017.1.4p1, 2017.2.3p1, 2017.4.5f1, 2018.1.5f1, 2018.2.0b9, 2018.3.0a2
Note: The issue is mostly visible when blue Point Light intensity is set to 3.
