Point Cache Bake Tool window does not have minimum size bounds to display essential features
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Install Visual Effect Graph package
3. Window > Visual Effects > Utilities > Point Cache Bake Tool
4. Resize window to the smallest possible size and observe
Actual result: None of the window features are visible
Expected result: Window has minimum size bounds to ensure most important features remain visible
Reproducible with: 2022.3.69f1, 6000.0.62f1, 6000.2.13f1, 6000.3.0f1, 6000.4.0a5, 6000.5.0a1
Reproduced on: macOS Tahoe 26.1 (M4)
