Plugin may be not as Editor-only plugin if it is imported
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download SomeAwesomePlugin452.rar. It was opened with 4.5.2p3 version.
2. Open downloaded project with 5.0.0 and upgrade. JMOAssets.dll will not be set as Editor plugin even though it resides in "Assets\JMO Assets\Editor\" folder.
