Plugging time into a master node on HDRP crashes Unity
Occurs in SRP Master (commit 1811ed952a)
Repro steps:
1. Use a project with HDRP
2. Create a new PBR or HD Lit shadergraph
3. Create a "Time" node
4. Plug Time into Basecolor or Albedo
Expected result: no crash
Actual result: crash
