[PLM] Shadows from SpeedTree are not baked if lightmap resolution is changed while baking
Steps for reproduction:
1) Download the project `SpeedTreeShadowsBug`
2) Open `TestScene` in Scenes folder
3) Start baking and observe that shadows from trees appear on the lightmaps
4) Change the lightmap resolution to another value while it's still baking
5) Observe that shadow disappear as soon as lightmap resolution value is changed
Notes:
- Only occurs with Progressive Lightmapper backend
- Issue only occurs when an individual SpeedTree asset is used along with lightmap static SpeedTree prefabs painted on terrain
- As soon as the individual SpeedTree is disabled in the Hiearchy, it can be observed that shadows from painted terrain trees appear again
- Not a regression, since lightmapping of shadow of trees on terrain is only introduced in 2017.2
- See the image below to see how the issue can be reproduced
