[PLM] Realtime lightmaps are not applied on top of baked lightmaps
Steps for reproduction:
1) Open Unity 2018.1.0b8
2) Open the assets store and download the Unity Adventure Sample Game
3) Open the Market Scene
4) Go to Window > Lighting > Settings and dock the lighting panel.
5) Enable Realtime GI
6) Enable Mixed lighting
7) Change the lightmapper from Enlighten to Progressive (Unity will bake)
9) Observe the difference between PLM and Enlighten when baking is completed
