PlayerSettings.iOS.appleDeveloperTeamID is ignored if automatic signing is off
If PlayerSettings.iOS.appleEnableAutomaticSigning is set to false, then the value of PlayerSettings.iOS.appleDeveloperTeamID is not written out to the .pbxproj file.
