Player Window can not be maximised after being taken out of fullscreen with ALT+Enter
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Build and run on UWP
3. Minimize the Window
4. Press Alt+Enter to toggle fullscreen
Expected result: The Player Window switches to fullscreen mode
Actual result: The Player Window is still in window mode
Reproducible with: 2018.4.31f1, 2019.4.20f1, 2020.2.4f1, 2021.1.0b4, 2021.2.0a4
Notes:
- The issue did not occur in the Standalone build

UWP apps also use the shortcut combo: Shift+Win+Enter to switch from windowed to fullscreen and vice versa.
This functionality is provided natively by Windows for all UWP apps and, unlike Standalone Players, it cannot be disabled.
