Player settings sometimes breaks when switching to Windows Store
To reproduce:
1. Create a new project, and create a new script for it
2. Open the build settings, switch the platform to wp8
3. Open the player settings.
4. Switch platform to Windows Store (through the build settings)
5. Switch through all the Windows Store menus like Resolution and Presentation
6. At some point half of the menu disappears, null reference exceptions are thrown in the console
