[UWP] "Player-prev.log" is not created when exiting the Player
How to reproduce:
1. Create and open a new Unity project
2. Build And Run the project for UWP
3. Exit the Player
4. Repeat steps 2-3
5. Open %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Packages\<productname>\TempState\
Expected results: There is "Player-prev.log" in the folder
Actual results: There is no "Player-prev.log" in the folder
Reproducible with: 2021.3.32f1, 2022.3.13f1, 2023.1.19f1, 2023.2.0b17, 2023.3.0a13
Reproducible on: Windows 11 22H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
