Player launched with -hideWindow flag throws errors in the Player.log
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. File -> Build
3. Go to the file Build destination folder
4. Open CMD in that folder
5. Launch the program with "-hideWindow" flag
6. Open the Player.log of the Build
Expected result: Player.log has no errors
Actual result: Player.log has errors
Reproducible with: 2019.4.30f1, 2020.3.17f1, 2021.1.17f1, 2021.2.0b8, 2022.1.0a6
