Player freezes and crashes when loading a scene with Addressables

How to reproduce:
1. Open the user-attached project “AddressablesFreeze”
2. Click Build And Run
3. Observe the Player

Expected result: The Player loads
Actual result: The Player is frozen and eventually crashes

Reproducible with: 2022.3.9f1, 2023.1.11f1, 2023.2.0b8, 2023.3.0a4
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.30f1

Reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested

    I have had what seems like a similar problem with my game project. I used DX12 with 2022.3.11f1, and 2022.3.10f1 on Windows 10, where Unity player would freeze after loading an addressable asset immediately after exiting the Coroutine.

    I then built the player with DX11 only, and the problem was instantly resolved. Is this the same for you?
