Player doesn't fill screen space in multi-window (split-screen) mode when "Resizable area" is enabled

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Go to Project Settings > Player > Android > Resolution and Presentation
2.1. Enable "Resizable Activity"
2.2. Enable "Render outside safe area"
3. Build and run on an Android device
4. Put the app into multi-window (split-screen) mode
5. Drag the divider to change the split ratio of the screen

Actual result: Additional white/black bars appears either at the top or at the edges of the screen, depending on the orientation
Expected result: The Player fills the entire area of the screen that it is given

Reproducible with: 2023.1.0a3, 6000.0.69f1, 6000.3.11f1, 6000.4.0b11, 6000.5.0a8

Notes:
- User has reproduced on these 2 devices Google Pixel 7a (Android OS 16, API 36), Google Pixel 6a (Android OS 16, API 36)
- To get into multi-window mode, open app carousel → press on app icon → press “Split screen”
