Player crashes on 'scripting_object_get_class' if there are variables inside a #if UNITY_EDITOR block in a base class of a field
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "PlayerSerializationCrashStripped.zip" project
2. Open Build Settings and make sure that the 'SampleScene' scene is included in the build
3. Build and Run
Results: The player crashes before the splash screen
Reproducible with: 2017.4.31f1, 2018.4.5f1, 2019.1.14f1, 2019.2.1f1, 2019.3.0a11
