Player Build Window does not update scenes when EditorBuildSettings.scenes are changed
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open Menu bar -> Window -> Example Window
4. Open Build Settings
5. Add a scene to Example Window and Apply To Build Settings
6. Observe the scene is not appear in Build Settings
Actual results: Scenes are not appear in Build Settings
Expected results: Scenes are not appear in Build Settings
Reproduced with: 5.5.5p1, 5.6.4p2, 2017.1.2p3, 2017.2.0p2
Not reproduced with: 2017.3.0b10, 2018.1.0a5

Based on the comments and correspondence, this was resolved in 2017.3 and 2018.1. It will not be back-ported beyond that.
