Player Build freezes when calling WaitForCompletion
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Go to File -> Build Settings
3. Build and Run the project
4. In the Player, click the "Next" button and wait for a few seconds
5. Observe the performance of the Player
Expected result: the Player Build continues to run smoothly
Actual result: the Player Build freezes
Reproducible with: 1.19.4 (2019.4.33f1, 2020.3.24f1), 1.19.11, 1.19.13 (2021.2.5f1, 2022.1.0b1)
Notes:

I am encountering this, but I did not have the localization package installed. I did install version 1.2.1 of the localization package, but the issue remains.
