Playable.GetTime() returns same value for an additional frame after calling Playable.SetTime()
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached Project "SetTimeTest" and load Scene "SampleScene"
2. Enter Play Mode
3. Click on the Game View 3 times
4. Observe the Console
Expected result: The second log of "Time after Play" does not show 0
Actual result: The second log of "Time after Play" shows 0
Reproducible with: 2020.3.46f1, 2021.3.21f1, 2022.2.12f1, 2023.1.0b9, 2023.2.0a7
