Platform doesn't implement RayTracingAccelerationStructure error is thrown after launching HDRP Template project
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new HDRP Template project
2. After the project is finished loading, open and observe the Console window
Expected results: No errors are thrown
Actual results: Platform doesn't implement RayTracingAccelerationStructure error is thrown
Reproducible with: 2022.1.0a3(12.0.0)
Does not reproducible with: 2019.4.29f1(7.6.0), 2020.3.14f1(10.5.0), 2021.1.16f1(11.0.0), 2021.2.0b4(12.0.0), 2022.1.0a2(12.0.0)

Fixed in HDRP 12.0.0 which is available in Unity 2022.1.0a6 and above
