[PixelPerfect] Enabling Pixel Perfect Canvas will only render text - no other UI components will be visible
NOTE: This only happens when using UI DLLs built using code found in official Unity UI repository: https://bitbucket.org/Unity-Technologies/ui/src
Steps to reproduce:
1. Build DLLS and add them to Unity
2. Open attached project
3. Open scene "sc"
4. Select "Canvas" in hierarchy
5. Notice that "Canvas" component is disabled and it has Pixel Perfect enabled
6. Enable "Canvas" component and in game view, notice that only black text appears in front of the grey background
7. Disable and enable "Canvas" again
8. Notice that "Canvas" appear as expected
Reproducible on any version when custom DLLs are used.
