[PICO][OpenXR] There is no PICO interaction profile in the OpenXR settings and button input is not registered in Builds
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached user's project "VRFearProject.zip"
2. In the OpenXR settings add all of the Interaction Profiles
3. Start Pico Link and connect Pico Neo 3 Link via DP mode or Wifi
4. Build the Standalone Player
5. Observe how button input is not registered
Expected results: PICO interaction profile is added in the OpenXR settings and button input is registered in Builds
Actual Results: There is no PICO interaction profile in the OpenXR settings and button input is not registered in Builds
Reproducible on: OpenXR 1.7.0 (2020.3.46f1, 2021.3.20f1, 2022.2.11f1, 2023.1.0b8, 2023.2.0a6)
Reproducible on these devices:
N/A, Pico - (Pico Neo 3), Android 10, CPU: Snapdragon 865 SM8250, GPU: Adreno (TM) 650
Environment: Windows 10 22H2
Notes:
-Issue does not reproduce if OpenXR plugin is provided from PICO

Pico 4 is the more mainstream headset. Also make sure it works on that
