PhysX simulation is not consistent on the same platform with the same input
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's attached "DeterministicPhysicsBugExport.zip" project
2. Open the "TestScene" scene
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. Check the Console
Expected result: There are no errors
Actual result: An error is thrown after some Debug.Logs
Reproducible with: 2019.4.34f1, 2020.3.25f1, 2021.2.7f1, 2022.1.0b2
