Physics2D Matrix does not collide as it is set to
How to reproduce:
1 Open the attached "Repro.zip" project
2. Select the "game-control-square (1)" GameObject
3. In Inspector Window choose the GameControl layer
4. Enter the PlayMode
Expected result: The platform movement is reversed once it hits "game-control-square (1)" GameObject
Actual result: The platform ignores collision (see attached repro.mp4)
Reproducible with: 2019.4.27f1, 2020.3.9f1, 2021.1.8f1, 2021.2.0a17
