[Physics2D]HingeJoint2Ds not working with flipped X-axis (i.e. X-scale of -1) of parent object
To reproduce:
1. Open the scene "hospital" in "A_Scenes"
2. Press play
3. Click on the screen
4. Notice that all the rigidbodies that are connected with hingejoint2Ds move without disconnecting.
5. Press play to stop the preview
5. Select "Patient" in the hierarchy tab.
6. Change x scale from 0.055 to -0.055
7. Press play again
8. Click on the patient
9. Notice how the rigidbodies disconnect from each other even though they are connected with hingejoint2Ds.
