Physics2D.Simulate takes the longer the higher velocity rigidbody has
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "824936.zip"
2. Open scene "phystest" and run it
3. Open profiler and notice around 33ms spikes. Each of them originates at Physics2D.Simulate
