"Physics2D.CapsuleCast" distance variable is set to infinity
Reproduction steps:
1. Open "CapsuleCast2D.zip" project
2. Enter Play mode
Expected Result: "Physics2D.CapsuleCast()" distance is set to the appropriate variable
Actual Result: "Physics2D.CapsuleCast()" distance variable is set to infinity
Fixed in: 2019.1.0a11, 2018.3.2f1
Reproduced with: 2019.1.0a10, 2018.3.0b12
Did not reproduce on: 2018.2.16f1, 2018.1.9f2, 2017.4.16f1
