Physics2D collision data are refreshed a frame late
To reproduce:
1) Open attached project and scene
2) Play it
3) Press Right Arrow
4) When cubes collide, press Left Arrow
Expected: Cubes don't turn red
Actual: They do, showing inconsistency
Reproduced in 5.6.3p2, 2017.1.2p2, 2017.2.0f3, 2017.3.0b6, 2018.1.0a1
