[Physics] The capsule jitters falling into the cracks between triangle edges
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached "TriangleEdgeMeshCollisionRepro" project
2. Open the Scene "SampleScene"
3. Have both Scene and Game view visible
4. Enter the Play Mode
Expected results: The capsule moves smoothly without any issues
Actual results: The capsule dips for a moment shortly after entering the Play Mode
Reproducible with: 2018.4.36f1, 2019.4.29f1, 2020.3.15f1, 2021.1.16f1, 2021.2.0b5, 2022.1.0a3
