Reset is not working on Virtual Particle Weights in Cloth
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new Project
2. Hierarchy > right-click > Create Empty
3. Select Empty Game object > Inspector > Add Components > Physics > Cloth
4. Expand Virtual Particle Weights in Cloth Component
5. Click on Cogwheel > Reset
Expected Result: Array of Virtual Particle Weights should be reset to default
Actual Result: Array of Virtual Particle Weights is increasing by 3 instead of setting to default
Reproducible on: 2019.3.0a8, 2019.2.0b9, 2019.1.0f2, 2018.3.0f2
Environment: Mac 10.14 and Windows 10
