[Physics] Edit contraints button is completely dysfunctional
Steps to repro
1. Open the attached project or a new project
2. Create a new cube primitive
3. Attach the cloth component or view the Box Collider Component
4. Notice that the Edit Controller button or The cloth constraints buttons are dysfunctional
