"Physics.IgnoreCollision" is not respected when used with "Rigidbody.SweepTest"
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “IN-90841-SweepCollsion.zip“ project
2. Open the “SampleScene”
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Observe the Console
Expected result: “hit? false“ is logged
Actual result: “hit? true“ is logged
Reproducible in: 6000.0.6f1, 6000.0.31f1, 6000.1.0a8
Not reproducible in: 2021.3.47f1, 2022.3.54f1, 6000.0.5f1
Reproduced on: Windows 11 Pro (23H2)
