Physics Articulation Body Collision doesn't call OnCollisionEnter when listening from Parent and Colliding with Child
Reproduction steps:
1. Open attached Project
2. Open Assets\Scenes\SampleScene
3. Press Play
Expected result: When the Objects collide a Rigidbody is Logged to the Console
Actual result: When the Objects collide nothing happens
Reproducible with: 2020.3.12f1, 2021.1.11f1, 2021.2.0a20
Could not test with: 2018.4, 2019.4 (No Articulation Bodies)
