Physically Based Sky multiple scattering contribution doesn't correctly account for the atmosphere depth
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "PBSKYREPRO.zip"
2. Open the "New Scene" Scene
3. Change the Camera's viewing angle to face opposite to the sun
Expected result: The Physically Based Sky correctly accounts for the atmosphere depth which makes the atmosphere appear blue
Actual result: The atmosphere is completely dark, indicating that Physically Based Sky is not accounting for the atmosphere depth correctly
Reproducible with: 7.7.1 (2019.4.37f1), 10.8.1 (2020.3.32f1), 12.1.6 (2021.2.17f1), 13.1.7 (2022.1.0b13), 14.0.2 (2022.2.0a9)
