Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "1383774.zip"
2. Open EnhancedScroller v2/Demos/08 View Driven Cell Sizes/08.scene
3. Select the Canvas GameObject in the Hierarchy window
4. Set the Canvas Scaler UI Scale Mode to Scale With Screen Size and Reference Resolution to 1080x1920 in the Inspector window
5. Set the Canvas Scaler to Match Height (1) in the Inspector window
6. Set the Game View Aspect ratio to 9:16
7. Enter the Play Mode
Expected result: Scroller content shows up instantly
Actual result: Scroller content shows up after a couple of seconds
Reproducible with: 2019.4.36f1, 2020.3.28f1, 2021.2.11f1, 2022.1.0b7, 2022.2.0a4
Notes:
-Only reproduces when the Game View Aspect ratio is set to 9:16 and Canvas Scaler is set to match height
- in 2022.1 and above, the content shows up a bit faster but still slower than when Canvas Scaler match is set to Width

Resolution Note:
EnhancedScroller is not a Unity component, Knowing the Canvas scaler and what it does is the same for width and height, there would be no difference from the Unity side, Something is different in EnhancedScroller.
