[Performance] Enabling complex clothes cause huge spikes on the CPU
Steps to reproduce:
1) Download attached project " Test Cloth.zip " and open in Unity 5.3.5p5 .
2) Open scene "Test".
3) In Profiler, disable everything in CPU Usage except Scripts(see image attached" Scripts.png").
4) Press Play.
5) Press E button few times and you will notice huge spikes in profiler (see image attached "Spikes.png").
6) Open Project in Unity 5.3.4f1. and do same steps as before. You will notice that there is no spikes ( see image attached "NoSpikes.png").
Reproduced with : 5.3.4p1, 5.3.5p5
Not reproduced with : 5.2.4f1, 5.3.4f1, 5.4.0b23.
