How to reproduce:
1. Open the “IN-99467_repro“ project
2. Open the “SampleScene“
3. Enter Play Mode and select “Stats“ on the Game view toolbar
4. Observe the frames per second
Expected result: FPS is around 50-60
Actual result: FPS is lower than 5
Reproducible with: 6000.0.47f1, 6000.1.0b15, 6000.2.0a9
Not reproducible with: 6000.0.46f1
Could not test with: 2021.3.51f1, 2022.3.61f1
Reproducible on: Windows 10, Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
