Performance drop in Scene view when moving GameObjects in the Scene
How to reproduce:
1. Download the attached project '1369564.zip'
2. Open the 'SampleScene' Scene
3. Move any GameObject in the Scene
Expected result: The GameObject is smooth without any lag
Actual result: The GameObject is jittering when it's moved
Reproducible with: 2020.3.19f1, 2020.3.20f1, 2021.2.0b13, 2021.2.0b14, 2022.1.0a7, 2022.1.0a11
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.33f1, 2020.3.18f1, 2020.3.21f1, 2020.3.23f1, 2021.2.0b12, 2021.2.0b15, 2021.2.4f1, 2022.1.0a6, 2022.1.0a12, 2022.1.0a16
