Performance degradation when Expandable Section of the Component is opened in the Inspector window
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new 3D template project
2. Add a Box Collider 2D component to the Camera
3. Open the Profiler window
4. Enter Play mode
5. Expand the Info section in the Collider 2D component and observe the Profiler window
Expected result: Expanding the Info section does not lead to a noticeable performance drop
Actual result: While the Info section is expanded it constantly uses quite a lot of resources
Reproducible with: 2018.4.26f1, 2019.4.7f1, 2020.1.0b16, 2020.2.0a1, 2020.2.0a11
Not reproducible with: 2020.1.0f1, 2020.1.2f1, 2020.2.0a12, 2020.2.0a21
