Pen Pressure not detected when building to WebGL
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "Pen_test"
2. Navigate to File -> Build and Run
3. Test pen pressure anywhere on the screen on the opened build
Expected result: The Console logs an error with the current pen pressure value
Actual result: The Console logs no errors
Reproducible with: 0.2.10 (2019.4.32f1), 1.2.0 (2019.4.32f1, 2020.3.23f1, 2021.1.28f1, 2021.2.3f1, 2022.1.0a15)
