Parts of Editor Skin swap back to Professional after restarting the Editor
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Close Unity Editor
3. Open Unity Editor
Expected result: Editor Skin is unchanged
Actual result: Parts of Editor skin swap to Professional (dark) look
Reproducible on - 2019.1.8f1
Can't test other versions because I can't reproduce the issue
