[ParticleSystemRenderer] Vertex Streams are broken, showing only Noise as an available choice
Repro steps:
1. Open Scene1 from attached project, or create a new project and add a particle system in the scene
2. In the Particle System's Renderer, enable custom vertex streams
3. Try to add a new vertex stream: only "Noise" appears in the list.
Expected outcome: all vertex streams to appear.
