ParticleSystem doesn't respect the LocalScale scaling mode
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user-submitted Project and open the "Test" scene
2. Enter Play mode
3. Press 1 on the keyboard and observe the Game View
4. Change the scale mode from Local to Hierarchy and press 1
5. Change the scale mode from Hierarchy to Local and press 1 again
Expected result: Heart shaped particles are emitted with both scaling modes
Actual result: Local scaling mode particles are not emitted the first time, changing it to Hierarchy and back to Local while in play mode fixes the emitter
