[ParticleSystem] Disabling Collision module does not disable Visualize Bounds
Disabling the Collision module on a particle system does not disable Visualize Bounds within it.
Repro Steps:
1) Open attached project and scene "Test"
2) Select "Particle System" and enable "Visualize Bounds" from within the Collision module
3) Disable the Collision module
4) Observe how Visualize Bounds is still enabled
